Mom's & Baby Yoga
A time to slow down and replenish the body, mind and soul while having the baby in the comfort of your own reach. Feel free to breastfeed or tend to baby's needs while practicing gentle yoga postures that tone the body and pelvic floor after birth. Regain strength and peace of mind through gentle yoga asana (postures), pelvic floor toning, relaxation and meditaiton. Baby is integrated into some of the postures while other poses are focused on Mom in a baby friendly atmosphere.
