Karyn Stein, PhD, the founder of Yoga Maha Prana, has been doing yoga for 25 years. She completed a 1.5 year Yoga Teaching Diploma with the International Yoga Teachers Association (IYTA NZ) and is doing a Yoga Therapy Teacher Training with Ganesh Mohan and Barbara Coley of Svastha Yoga NZ.
This class focuses on gentle beginner yoga and meditation that brings our attention to our breath, bodies and the present moment. The aim of the class is to leave us feeling more relaxed and less distracted by our thoughts, ready and willing to come back to ourselves in this moment.
A fertility focused class that introduces yoga poses that increase blood flow to the reproductive organs. Learn to honor your menstral cycle and adapt your yoga practice to each stage, including pre and post ovulation.
Prepare your body for childbirth and nourish the new life within, taking time out for yourself through yoga is one of the most important things you can to for you and your baby. Reduce stress and release tension to achieve an easeful natural childbirth. Learn meditaiton and helpful breathing techniques to calm the mind during birth.

Yoga Maha Prana offers private classes at 35 Kaitieke Rd., Raurimu in the centre of the North Island of New Zealand. All of the classes at Yoga Maha Prana attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind.
